Martin was his very first coaching client and I think that’s one of the most powerful parts of his story. I had the honor of witnessing his transformation up close. He did the hard work on himself first, and then turned around and created a system from experience, not theory. That’s why it has always been easy to trust his coaching. Martin practices what he preaches. He lives it. He is the definition of humble leadership.

When I first connected with Martin, I was a single mom, hungry for more. I knew I was created for something bigger, but I didn’t know how to get there. I didn’t know what I needed to let go of.

I just knew the past didn’t have to equal my future. Martin had already made that shift and he was happy and generous enough to show me how.

Martin is a master of analogy. The kind of communicator who plants seeds that keep producing fruit years later. His analogy about Michelangelo carving David helped me see that becoming who God created me to be was about surrender, and letting Him chisel away everything that wasn’t me. Since being mentored by Martin, I have a vision for my life.

His coaching and his example has impacted my leadership, my marriage, my daughter, and every part of how I show up. He’s always provided a safe space full of truth, never judgment. If you’re someone who knows you’re meant for more, but there’s a “but…” Martin will help you remove it.

He knows when to lead, when to walk beside you, and when to give you room to figure it out. He’s not hype. He’s not surface. He’s solid, Spirit-led, and the real deal.
